Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at support@hobbykicks.com.au.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do? Please check with neighbours and in a safe location around your property first. If you still cannot locate your parcel contact us at support@hobbykicks.com.au with your order number and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.
Shipping
Where do you ship to? We ship to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive? All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. From dispatch, standard shipping takes 2–10 business days and express shipping takes 1–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
How are my cards packaged? Every order is double boxed and shipped via Australia Post with full tracking. We take packaging seriously to ensure your cards arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Will I receive tracking for my order? Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
Do you offer free shipping? We currently offer flat rate shipping of $12 for standard and $18 for express Australia wide.
Products
Are your products sealed? Yes. All sealed products listed as sealed are sold factory sealed and unopened.
Do you sell individual cards? Currently we focus on sealed Pokémon TCG products. Follow our socials for updates on future product offerings.
What condition are your products in? All sealed products are new unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Please read individual product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns for change of mind? No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size selected at checkout.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty? If your order arrives damaged or is not as described please contact us at support@hobbykicks.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos and we will assess your claim promptly.
How long do refunds take? Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
